CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to events@henryschein.com.au. Delegates will receive 75% of their registration back if they cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the course. If the delegate cancels 1-2 weeks prior to the course, they receive 50% of their registration fee.

Please note: that you will not be refunded the registration fee if you cancel 1 week prior to the course or if you fail to attend.

PAYMENT FOR COURSES

Your registration fee must be paid in full when you register. We accept payments by credit card or private cheque only.
