This innovative, ergonomic handpiece easily facilitates the Schilder warm vertical and Buchanan “continuous wave” techniques, among others, with 4 precise temperature settings. Powered by a state of the art, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the Alpha unit will last days on a single charge and has a series of LED indicators to monitor remaining battery power. The cordless handpiece eliminates the cumbersome cord common to other endodontic equipment, reducing surgery clutter and enhancing its versatility. Twelve different tips are available, including a wide range of pluggers in different diameters and tapers, heat carrier tips and a unique tip for testing thermal tooth vitality.
