VITA VM 13 is a highly aesthetic, fine-structured feldspar ceramic whose CTE value is matched to that of conventional bonding alloys (approx. 13.8 – 15.2 µm/mK). This applies regardless of whether the conventional alloys are cast, milled, or sintered. VITA VM 13 is a true alternative to all-ceramic restorations and is ideal wherever the masking effect of a metal framework is desired. The firing temperature (880 °C dentin firing) offers a high degree of processing reliability, especially for alloys with a low solidus point (<1,100 °C). VITA AKZENT Plus and VITA INTERNO stains are available for individual finishing.
