Mike has been in the medical device industry for over 25 years across the Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. In Mike’s current role, he is responsible for leading, transforming and creating the infrastructure required to ensure Henry Schein remains a leading choice for  healthcare professionals across ANZ and Asia. Prior to his time at Henry Schein, Mike held a range of senior leaderships roles at Nobel Biocare and CooperVision based in Australia, United States and United Kingdom. Mike holds a Masters in Optometry from the University of NSW.

Since 2016, Ariane has partnered closely with the business to enhance people practices, leading to Henry Schein Australia’s certification since 2020 as a Great Place to Work and since 2022, seeing Henry Schein acknowledged as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces and including one of Australia's Best Workplaces for Women.

Joining Henry Schein in 2016, Ariane brought over 20 years’ HR experience across the healthcare, insurance, consumer goods and energy sectors. Ariane holds a Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Monash University, is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and NEWS® Executive Coach.

Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, ANZ

Michael brings with him over 30 years of Finance experience across a range of industries across three continents. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Business Development & Mergers and Acquisitions with Electrolux in South East Asia and CFO for ANZ. At Henry Schein, Michael is responsible for overseeing the financial wellbeing and business governance practices of Australia and New Zealand whilst leading a team of 35 finance professionals. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong as well as being a CPA.

Michael enjoys spending time with his family, supporting the St George Dragons (Rugby League), hiking and paddle boarding, and is partial a smooth Shiraz.

As the leader for our Sales and Marketing functions, Michael is responsible to drive our primary commercial business in the Dental consumables market as well as its financial responsibility. Prior this role, Michael has acted in numerous Sales managerial roles across his 8 years with Henry Schein as well as previously holding Senior Sales Management roles at both Colgate and 3M respectively. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney majoring in Marketing and International Business.

Calum leads initiatives to drive digital transformation, ecommerce and to enhance customer engagement and support. With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and strategic leadership, Calum has successfully managed transformative projects that support business growth and improved customer experience.

Before joining Henry Schein, Calum worked at Stanley Black & Decker, where he gained expertise in data driven insights at scale and technology-driven solutions in marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s with Honours in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and is a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner.

Sean leads Henry Schein’s Information Technology encompassing all facets of IT Infrastructure, Development and Systems. In over 16 years with Henry Schein, he has held Senior leadership roles locally in Australia, throughout Asia and Africa and is currently the CIO for the Henry Schein group across Australia & New Zealand. Sean’s passions and expertise include leading transformational change, connecting technology to the needs of the business, converting digital complexity into strategy plus providing transparency and value from technology investments and assets.

Steve Longley

Senior Director, Supply Chain ANZ

Steve is an accomplished Supply Chain Director with expertise in logistics, warehousing, procurement, and demand planning. Currently leading the Supply Chain at Henry Schein, he oversees stock, warehousing, transport, demand planning, and supplier procurement with strategic insight, driving excellence in customer order management.

Previously, Steve spent 25 years at Woolworths, advancing from store management to Head of Supply, where he collaborated with a supply network comprising 1,500 suppliers across all supermarket categories.

Steve holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the Australian School of Management at Macquarie University. His career reflects dedication to operational excellence, fostering supplier relationships, and driving growth in retail and procurement.
